I suppose that -svy: ivreg- is what you are searching for.
More generally, commands contaning "iv" allow you to tackle endogeneity, while prefix "svy" allow you to work with survey data.
Obviously, the more you tell us about the nature of your dependent variable and the nature of the endogeneous one(s), the more precise suggestion you have
