st: Bugfix to -kdens- available from SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, an update to the -kdens- package is available from
the SSC Archive. -kdens- is used for kernel density estimation.

-kdens- returned error if -set dp comma- was active. This is fixed.

To install the update, type

 . ssc install kdens, replace

or use the -adoupdate- command.
