st: IV method for treatment effect

Dear Friends:

I need use a 2-step IV approach to address a treatment effect.

1. run probit to get the fitted prob.
2. 2SLS with the fitted prob from step as the generated IV for the
teatment dummy.

Do you have the STATA code for this procedure. thanks a lot!
