st: McDonald and Moffitt’s (1980) decompo sition method for Tobit coefficients.

Dear Statalisters,

In order to extract as much information as possible from Tobit coeffs,
McDonald and Moffit proposed a method to decompose the coeffs where
the total marginal effect is disaggregated. I saw this in the textbook
of Johnston and DiNardo (Econometric Methods).

Is there a package like "ldecomp", but to do the McDonald and
Moffitt's decomposition?
