Can the margin between the plotregion and the axes be reduced to zero
for only one side of a graph, for example only for the area along the
x-axis? If I understand the Graphics manual correctly the option
always affects all four sides of a graph. Pages 478 and 479 of the
Graphics manual show these examples under region_options:
. sysuse auto
. scatter price mpg
. scatter price mpg, plotr(m(zero))
