Hello all,
i have an problem. I have calculate an Optimal Matching Ditance matrix with sqom. The next step was "sqclusterdat" and then : "clustermat wardslinkage SQdist, name(ward) add ". I can draw an dendrogram: "cluster tree, cutnumber(100)". But i cann't find the suboption of clusteranalysis for output the table of agglomerationssteps like in SPSS. Is this possible in Stata? "clustermat stop ward, rule(duda) groups(1/100)" doesn't work.
Thank you in advance.
Jrg
