Are you sure you don't want -ytitle("Mean values")- instead of
-xtitle("mean values")-, since the mean values are plotted on the
y-axis, and this is allowed with -graph bar-, otherwise you'll have to
create the data you want to plot, and plot them using -twoway bar-.
