st: Quick question on the slow loading of the graphics menus

The Graphics menus, opened from the pull-down menu, take a really long 
time to open.  I'm running Stata9 under Windows, by the way.  Does 
everyone experience this or is it just me?  If it's everyone, does 
anyone know why it takes so long to load?
