There are many spatial statistical applications that are freeware. Go
to this website for a very long list:

You will find something for #1 - 4 on your list.
Also, http://satscan.org/ for cluster analysis.
For #5, try GWR, it's not free but it's very inexpensive for educational
institutions. http://ncg.nuim.ie/ncg/GWR/index.htm
