That is exactly what I have read and learned in your answer - thanks
again. And if it would have been obvious it is also correct to give an
advice; "blaming" might not be the right term because I assume if you
answer such a mail (about something obvious) you always want the other to
pay more attention to documentation/FAQs/List archives etc. before sending
an email.
