You can use -estout- (on SSC) to collect the results and write out the
whole vector of proportions.  Some trickery can induce -estout- to
write out the tabs you see on the screen and -estout- supports various
output formats.  The author may have better advice.  You can also do
the same thing by hand with -file- commands (my own approach).

svy: tab race diab
est sto tab
esttab
