st: dirifit
Dear Maarten,
please allow me one more question on -dirifit-
I want to explain the share of time, that individuals spent in five
alternatives (y1 - y5). Hence y1+y2+y3+y4+y5=1.
Therefore I run:
dirifit y1-y5, mu(x1 x2)
It works, however, for only 60 cases out of more than 500. In other
words, the estimation is done for only 60 cases.
Indeed, there are exactly 60 individuals which spent their full time in
only one possibility.
In other words:
. count if y1==1 | y2==1 | y3==1 | y4==1 | y5==5
60
Of course in all cases (no exception), y1+y2+y3+y4+y5=1.
Am I dong something wrong? Do I get -dirifit- wrong?
