I assume you installed the original estout version distributed as
-st0085-. That version requires that you download the ancillary files
(using the -net get- command).
I suggest you remove the -st0085- package
. ado uninstall st0085
and install the latest version from the SSC Archive. Type
. ssc install estout, replace
Everything should work fine then.
