There is a lot of data and documentation at
http://www.nber.org/data/ces_cbo.html
and
http://www.nber.org/ces_cbo/varlist.txt
might be easily turned into a .dct file.
If you have a data definition file in the usual Census format, you
could use -ddf2dct- on SSC.
