st: semi-parametric model, sneop

Dear all,
I want to estimate a semi-parametric probit, I looked  for  the  
command  sneop, but it is for order probit. Can I use this command for  
probit that y=1 if z>0, and y=0 otherwise? Exist another way to  
estimate semi-parametric probit?
