this link won't work if you try to open it in your browser (and you don't need to :) )

to install bioprobit you just need to type:

net install bioprobit, from(http://siteresources.worldbank.org/INTPOVRES/Resources )

Stata is case-sensitive so you should copy this line as it's given here

No, he really meant -bioprobit-!!!
It is available from http://siteresources.worldbank.org/INTPOVRES/Resources or about there.
If you have problems, I will send it to you - but you should wait for a week.
