st: SSC Archive

The SSC Archive contents are now generally available, served at this  
time from a backup volume pending repair of the volume from which it  
is usually served. There may be some packages that are missing, or  
available packages that lack the latest content. The -adoupdate-  
command should be restored to working order tomorrow (it depends on a  
file made available from the archive).

If you encounter difficulties with a package, or find that one of  
your packages is not up to date on the archive, please let me know by  
private email (I do not read Statalist in real time).
