st: Update to -mixlogit- available from SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum an update to -mixlogit- is available from the SSC
archive. The update fixes a bug in the routine dealing with weights
and cluster-robust standard errors. If you've been bit by the bug you
will have noticed as the program terminates with an error - estimation
results are not affected. Type -ssc install mixlogit, replace- to
install or use -adoupdate-.

-mixlogit- fits mixed logit models for cross-sectional and panel data.
