If you issued -fdasave- from the command line,
. fdasave whatever, vallabfile(xpf)
then files whatever.xpt and formats.xpf should be in the current (working)
directory. You can obtain the name of the directory by typing
. pwd
/home/wwg/stata
You can type -pwd- before or after the -fdasave- command.
