st: could you help me how to write stata command about Marginal effects for panel data neg binomial(xtnbreg)

       I am a Phd student and study in National Taiwan University. My
question is how to write stata command about Marginal effects for  
panel data neg binomial(xtnbreg). I am interested in the marginal  
effect (exp^BX)B,How do I obtain this?That is to say,I need to know  
how to add command to two belowing.

xtnbreg y1 x11 x21 y1994-y2002,fe i(indusid)
xtnbreg y1 x11 x21 y1994-y2002,re i(indusid)
