st: gllamm and Graded Response Model

Hello List,
 
I see that in the latest Stata Journal Zheng and Rabe-Hesketh provide a nice
explanation of how to fit a partial credit model using gllamm. Has anyone fit
Samejima's graded response model using gllamm? If so, would you be willing to
share your code?
