That's one of the licenses we're considering. The reason I asked is that
if we chose to use the GPLv3 for our plugin, we'd also have to also
distribute (or is it "convey" these days?) stplugin.c and stplugin.h and
include a suitable clause somewhere to permit Stata and the plug-in to
be linked together at runtime.
