st: Polarization Measures

Dear statalisters

Does anyone know a command to estimate Estaban and Ray (1994) polarization 
index (Esteban, J.-M., y D. Ray. (1994). "On the Measurement of 
Polarization." Econometrica, 62(4), 819-851)

... or any of the variants related to such measure.
