I have a question about the output of xtivreg2 program. I wonder if someone
could kindly help me with it.
The first stage estimation results, including coefficients, standard errors and
t statistics, are not saved in ereturn list. Are there any way I can have
access to these results? In particular, are there anyway I can report them
using "outreg" or "estimates table" ?
