Hi,
I have a matrix of comparisons that I want do to KS tests on. In total there
a 9 groups to be compared against eachother (2 at a time). My data looks
like this:
Day Cumulative relative frequency Group
67 0.00005 1
68 0.00063 1
70 etc 1
Etc 2
65 2
69 2
70 2
Etc 2
52 3
54 3
The dialogue in the two sample KS test wants a binary variable that
identifies two groups. I do not have a binary variable that identifies two
groups (it contain 9) so what do I do? Break it down into files containing
only the two groups to be compared? This may take a while..
Thanks,
AC
