Jon Schwabish ([email protected]) and some others have been
discussing -tabout- and the use of an -fweight- variable which
is not of type 'int'.

The behavior in -tabout- apperas to be intentional, but
the author (Ian Watson) helpfully included an override
option named -chkwtnone-. From the -tabout- help file:

-chkwtnone- prevents -tabout- from checking the legality of your
weights. Stata commands will not allow you to use non-integer
frequency weights and -tabout- normally checks for this. You can
over-ride this behaviour with the -chkwtnone- option. Note that
this option does not stop Stata itself from refusing to use
       non-integer frequency weights.
