st: -lgraph- on SSC

Dear Statalist, 

Thanks to Kit Baum for uploading -lgraph- on SSC. 

-lgraph- is a tool for drawing simple line graphs, with optional error
bars and optionally stratified. Options available to -twoway- can be
superimposed on -lgraph- to generate the graph you desire.
