st: Least Absolute Deviation using survey data

Hi all,

I'm wondering about using LAD with two-stage
random sample survey data. The only options
I can find are qreg, which allows weight but
not strata or clusters (psu's) or clad which
allows psu's but not weights. Has anyone come
across a solution?
