For Seasonal Adjustment you can consider DEMETRA 
(http://circa.europa.eu/irc/dsis/eurosam/info/data/demetra.htm). My 
understanding is EViews uses the same X11 than you can download from 
census.gov... then it is not common to rewrite the code for X12, exception 
is Ox. If you want to use X12 in Stata, it seems an easy solution to write a 
do file that makes the interaction between Stata and X12.
