st: Selection Model

Stata users,

I am interested in a selection model (Heckman type) for the following
data:

a)	Sample selection: 0=net buyer, 1=non-participant, 2=net seller 

b)	Binomial tobit model (lower bound=0) applied to net buyers and
net sellers 

Is there any command/program in Stata that can be used to perform the
analysis?  If not, how can I do the analysis?

Any comment/suggestion is appreciated.
