st: New version of -spmap- available from SSC
Thanks to Kit Baum, a new version of -spmap- is now available from the SSC
Archive.
Bug fixes:
* Contrary to what was declared in the help file, standard graph twoway
options -xsize()- and -ysize()- could not be specified by the user. This
has been fixed.
* Some typos in the help file have been corrected.
New features:
* A new option -gsize(#)- has been added. This new option allows the user
to specify the length (in inches) of the shortest side of the graph
available area (the lenght of the longest side is set internally by -spmap-
to minimize the amount of blank space around the map). The default ranges
from 1 to 4, depending on the aspect ratio of the map. Alternatively, the
height and width of the graph available area can be set using the standard
-xsize()- and -ysize()- options (see above).
Many thanks to Kevin Crow for spotting the bugs.
Best wishes,
Maurizio Pisati
