-mim- should work immediately with the dataset created by -ice-. Are
you using the most recent version of -ice- (the one on ssc not the one
from the stata journal, I made that mistake not too long ago). type
-which ice- and it should say that your version of ice is *! version
1.4.0 PR 16mar2007. If that is not the case type -ssc install ice,
replace-.
The example code I sent should work on your Stata, look at
http://home.fsw.vu.nl/m.buis/stata/exampleFAQ.html to see how you can
use that example, and see if that works.
