What about this:
*------------- begin example --------------
drop _all
input ID TimeA
1 10
1 10
1 12
2 8
2 8
3 19
3 21
3 86
3 7
4 10
5 18
6 56
6 56
end

bys ID: gen time = _n
reshape wide TimeA, i(ID) j(time)
list, clean
*------------- end example -------------
(For more on how to use examples I sent to the Statalist, see:

Hope this helps,
Maarten
