Thanks to Austin Nichols for alerting me to a glitch in the tabout
tutorial pdf file which is included as an ancillary program with the
-tabout- update. The table listing the update history has gone astray (a
missing & in my LaTeX code). This is just a layout issue, and nothing
else in the tutorial is affected.
It's now fixed, and will soon be reposted on the SSC archives. You can
also get an updated copy from
http://www.ianwatson.com.au/stata/tabout_tutorial.pdf.
