st: Dots in the Stata output

Hello Statalist,

I need some help because when I run my model (Tobit) in Stata, the LR
Chi test and the Probability have dots instead of a number in the
output:

Tobit estimates                                   Number of obs   =      19345
                                                         LR chi2(13)
  =          .
Log likelihood =   15816.11                   Prob > chi2     =          .


Does someone knows what it is possibly happenning?
