Anyhow, a very quick look under the hood of -inteff- (using
-viewsource-) suggests to me that -inteff- loops over observations,
which would make it very slow in large datasets, so if your dataset is
large than it is likely that -inteff- just takes very very long (>20
minutes, maybe much more than 20 minutes) Try running it on a small
random sample of your data, and if that works run it overnight.
