st: spostado utilities

Dear users,

I am looking for spostado utilities. these are supposed to be downloadable using:

net from http://www.indiana.edu/~jslsoc/stata/
net install spostado

I tried this many times and it says that the URL is not valid.

I also tried findit spostado and couldn't get it.

can you please help me find these utilities.
