I don't know of any algorithm, but it is fairly easy to do just by
creating a new variable and using the replace function. You just have
to determine what T stage each of the EOD codes corresponds to, which
isn't always crystal clear.

Subject: st: tumor stage conversion algorigthm
Hello Statalist members,
I'm inquiring whether a Stata algorithm exists that can convert from
SEER Extent of Disease fields more commonly used by researchers
(tumor extension, tumor size, lymph node positivity) to AJCC stage
more commonly used by clinicians (I, II, III, IV).
