st: New -outreg- on SSC

I notice there is a new version of -outreg- on SSC.  Thanks to 
-adoupdate-, it will probably get 10 million downloads this 
month!  Does anybody know what the new features are, or how it now 
compares to -estout- and -outreg2-?
