st: FW: estimating technical efficiency after Fixed effect(IV)

Dear Statalister;
  I'm trying to estimate the technical efficiency (TE) scores without using stochastic frontier command (xtfrontier). I'm using fixed effect instrumental variables (FEIV) estimator and I would like to know How I can get TE-technical efficiency- measures after such estimation?! .
