Hi,
I'm running a fixed effect regression in STATA with some dummy
variables for countries:
xtreg variable_Y variable_X countrydummy1-countrydummyN log(population), fe
(Some observations for population are missing)
Whenever I run this regression, I get the message that:
"matrix not positive definite"
Can you please give me an idea what's going on and how I can run this
regression? Any help will be gratefully appreciated.
