st: Title: Selection or IV model with multinomial and censored

Dear all, Is there a (1) simultaneous IV model in which one of the 
equations is a multinomial logit, the other a censored dependent variable, 
(2) selection model in which the selectivity is modelled as a multinomial 
logit, and the second step has got a censored dependent variable? Does any 
program such as STATA (or Limdep) address these issues? Best, Per Stromberg
