Suggestion, get a gmail-account. Probably, the your
server is blocking the messages. GMail is POP3 with

POP3: pop.gmail.com
STMP: smtp.gmail.com

which means that you could read from Windows Mail
Outlooks, Eudora, etc.

Search in google how to set the gmail account.
