Im working with a complex sample in Brasil (PNAD) and I have the
problem that you talk in your post "with single sampling unit". For
estimate variance, for example (balanced repeated it�s necessary 2
psus by strato design), I have to eliminate stratum with single PSU -
the procedure is to change this unit to other stratum and eliminate
all the stratum with single PSU (yo need to run one do to change this
problem before to do your estimate).
