st: Bugfix to -esta- available from SSC

-esta-, if used with the -rtf- option, printed ** instead of *** for
coefficients with p<0.001 (and also used ** instead of *** in the
legend). This is fixed.

-esta- is part of the -estout- package. To install the bugfix, type

. ssc install estout, replace

or use the -adoupdate- command.
