Hi,
I wrote mira.ado which has the same idea of micombine but for
linear models only. It seems to be applicable to ivreg2 (not sure
about treatreg)... you can get it typing
net from http://people.bu.edu/ralfaro/stata/
I hope this helps, Rodrigo.

-help micombine- tells you what commands are officially supported,
and those two are not on the list. The help also says you can try
other commands but you do so at your own risk and correctness cannot
be guaranteed.
