That depends on your font. Someone posted a month or so ago about having created their own font to deal with the greek letter issue -- they used a font editor to swap many upper ASCII characters with greek letters. There are superscript 2 and 3 in most fonts, but not much else. It would be nice to see Stata 10 provide support for the full greek alphabet and standard formatting options like subscripts, superscipts, italics, and bold.

Michael and Nick,

I think we made a very nice thing together; I am happy about that.
We should, however, not forget MA's initial question. As far as I
understand, only a couple of Greek letters can be included in graph
texts, and subscripts and superscripts are not a possibility.
