Yes, you are right and Anders gave you a more appropriate answer to your
question.
It is gllapred you need to use. In your case with the above(#) option, so
what you probably want is:
gllapred mymfx1, mu marg above(1)
gllapred mymfx2, mu marg above(2) and so on.
