st: marginal effects after gllamm

Dear all,

I would be happy if you can suggest any idea on how to obtain marginal
effects for my explanatory variables after gllamm with ordered probit
link. I tried mfx command after gllamm results, but the marginal effects
for each explanatory variables became exactly the same as the that of the
gllamm results.
