Subject | st: How to test for overdispersion in count dependent variable panel model? |
Date | Thu, 07 Dec 2006 11:55:39 -0500 |
Dear all, I am using xtpoisson to estimate a count dependent variable panel data model. I could not figure out how to test for overdispersion to see if xtnbreg should be used. I found Scott Long's webpage that discuss about count cross-section models, but not panel. Thank you very much for your help, Thuy Le * * For searches and help try: * http://www.stata.com/support/faqs/res/findit.html * http://www.stata.com/support/statalist/faq * http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/
